Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably within the staffing industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
