Our client, a  Global Medical Device Manufacture  has an immediate opening for a  Sales Support Specialist  for an 18-month + Contract . Our client offers results-driven people a place where they can make a difference - every day! 8am to 5pm Shift (Eastern   Time Zone). Virtual role  

 

• Follow order entry process and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals.
• Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
• Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology
• Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment
• Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time
• Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout branch
• Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes
• Additional duties as assigned

 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience required, Bachelors degree preferred 
• Must have Skills: 
  • 1. Analytical-experience working with data to solve problems and develop processes 
  • 2. Organized 
  • 3. Communication (customer service orientation) 
  • 4. Computer Savvy and experienced with Microsoft Office Suit of products 
  • 5. Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables and various functions 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • ERP Experience (JDE or SAP) desired
  • Adaptability 
  • Energized/High achiever
  • Proven experience and success working remote - must be accountable 100% during working hours and active in work queues
