This individual will provide staffing leadership and develop our sports performance programs for partnered schools and sports organizations. Job Duties Manages direct reports and program staff in accordance with HR policies. Design, development, implementation, and coaching of sports performance programs at assigned school along with Return-to-Play and other adult programs. Assists in the development and implementation of sports performance vision, strategy, programs, and services. Directs and manages contracted services to meet client, athlete, community, and organization needs. Develops, organizes, and conducts educational programs and seminars related to sports performance. Develops annual labor, operational, and capital budgets to ensure department meets revenue and community benefit objectives in collaboration with leadership. Monitors competitive marketplace and acts to capture market opportunities and to mitigate market threats. Monitors trends and opportunities in sports performance among consumers and referring physicians. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree sports management, exercise science, athletic training, physical therapy, sports performance, exercise physiology, communications, business, marketing, or related field. 4 years experience as a certified strength coach. CSCS - Strength and Conditioning Specialist NSCA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire DL - Driver's License_PA - State of Pennsylvania Upon Hire Physical Demands Lift and carry 40-50 lbs. Examples: Push/pull patients on bed, stretcher (requires 29 lbs. push force), lateral transfers up to 50 lbs. of the patient's weight. Frequent to continuous standing/walking. Patient transporters can walk 8-10 miles per shift. Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
