Job Description
A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team in Atlanta Georgia. This person will be supporting a stockpile that houses emergency response equipment that can be deployed in emergency situations such as covid 19 or natural disasters. This person will be working in a call center type environment receiving calls from State officials all the way up to Federal officials. This team is looking for someone who has been in an emergency preparedness environment before (public health preparedness, emergency management, emergency medical services (EMS), military/police force). This person will track and log incoming calls, faxes, and emails. This person will also be expected to review and document calls and initiate the appropriate reports and or actions from those calls. This person will be joining a team of 5 other representatives in an onsite environment for day shift and remote environment for night shift.
PR: $20/HR-$27/HR

Required Skills & Experience -Bach degree and 4+ years of experience
o 2+ years of demonstrated experience in public health preparedness, emergency management, emergency medical services (EMS), military/police force, or other relevant experience
-Experience working in a call center environment
-Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule - day or night shifts
-Strong MS suite Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Military experience
-Previously CDC or HHS badged
