Join us and be a part of a vibrant team committed to delivering excellence.As a Cash Management Solutions Officer Manager in Business Banking, you will be responsible for managing a team that identifies, proposes, and delivers appropriate Cash Management products and solutions to customers and prospects focusing on complex Cash Management products, over the phone. The CM Solutions Manager plays a key role in the field organization, displaying strong partnership with Market/Area/Branch Managers, and strives to deliver an exceptional client experience while mitigating risk and appropriately guiding the team. Job Responsibilities Manages a team of Cash Management Solutions Officers (CMSO) who serve as trusted advisors, to recommend and promote Cash Management solutions to clients and prospects while working within the risk parameters that protect the bank. Manages assigned CMSOs (typically 8 - 12) to provide coaching and development on all aspects needed to achieve successful performance including solutioning, partner management, prospecting, and customer retention. Directs/engages in a disciplined relationship development process and drives quality call activities. Ensures CMSOs are proactively solutioning based on client needs and are communicating these solutions frequently to bank partners. Ensures CMSO's are actively engaged with BRM/AMs to meet sales targets, participation metrics, and drive cash management product growth. Provides leadership and coordination for the assigned CMSO/CMSS team. Monitors staff performance provides appropriate coaching, recognition, and feedback. Builds a strong people pipeline and supports career growth and development. Engages with inclusion and integrity with both internal and external constituents. Builds collaborative internal relationships to develop and foster partnerships with assigned relationship managers, AMs, MMs, Divisional Directors, and cross functional partners (if appropriate BSR or SBS teams). Actively participates in partner meetings and communicates key Cash Management messages timely and accurately. Interprets production and performance reports to adjust staffing capacity and alignments accordingly. Directs/engages in a disciplined relationship development process and drives quality call activities. Coaches/Manages customer expectations by communicating upfront timelines and deliverables. Thinks strategically and presents suggestions to evolve the business. Protects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements. Takes ownership of escalated Cash Management client issues and leverages the appropriate resources to champion results. Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Seven + years of experience in Cash Management/Treasury Services or commercial/business banking or related business experience and Cash Management expert product/solution knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience required Certified Treasury Professional certified or has ability to obtain certification preferred Previous leadership/management experience preferredPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Relationship Building - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners. Ability to influence those outside of direct management control. Leadership and Support - Ability to direct and guide a team to accomplish objectives. Ability to provide strong leadership across a team, provide business guidance and support. Problem Solving - Ability to identify a problem's root cause and drive to resolution. Ability to direct escalations and ensure follow through. Performance Measurement - Ability to manage and direct staff and deliver all facets of performance management (coaching, career mobility, reviews, action plans, etc.) Guides and directs team to meet or exceed performance targets. Business Acumen - Ability to understand the overarching Cash Management business environment both internally and externally. Ability to drive business results in alignment with strategic objectives.
